Shipment Processing Times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can sometimes occur and are outside of Our control.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses. SkovCrafts ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing Your tracking number(s) once Your Order is shipped. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Skovcrafts is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages
Skovcrafts is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If Your Order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
